At Sweet Bloom Coffee, we strive to ensure every roast meets our high quality standards; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee once it has shipped. If you are unsatisfied with your order or have issues with brewing equipment, please contact our team within 30 days of purchase for a resolution.
